Slenderman - Among Us crossover

Slendergus is a free-to-play adventure game that combines elements from other popular franchises. It combines the overall aesthetics from Among Us, combined with the suspense elements of Slender: The Eight Pages. Here, you play as a crewmate trapped in The Skeld, a popular location in the social deduction game.

Collect all pages scattered across the map, all while trying to stay safe from the gray, long-limbed impostor Slendergus. As a 3D survival horror experience, this is both fun and scary, enjoyable and challenging. To further combine the best of both games, it also has support for single-player and multiplayer games.

Escape the Slender impostor

Slendergus combines a lot of materials from both games. Aside from the task of collecting eight scattered pages, you can still interact with objects in the environment, such as computers and generators. You also start out with a switchable flashlight to help you navigate in the dark, haunted Skeld map. Additionally, you can use the vents to hide from the impostor.

There’s only one impostor in this game by default, and there’s no social deduction required. It is a larger crewmate model, gray in color, that hovers as it tries to chase you around. For some reason, it doesn’t have the same walking animation as the crewmates, which makes it slightly weird. Speaking of animations, your characters can lean sideways, accompanied by a cute, fluffy-looking animation.

As mentioned, it supports a multiplayer option for up to eight players, with increasing pages and difficulty with more players. The server is divided into regions, and you should be in the same one in order to play. Unfortunately, there are quite a few glitches in the matchmaking servers, although these are mostly intermittent. Lastly, a feature worth noting is its basic filter for bad words in the chat.

A fun multiplayer experience

Slendergus remains a good game overall, despite a few bumps in the multiplayer matchmaking servers. It takes the best features from the two popular games. Rendered entirely in 3D, it definitely has its scary and cute moments, making it great even for kids—especially with the language filter included. A well-rendered Skeld map, a variety of game mechanics, and a straightforward objective make this game enjoyable.

User reviews about Slendergus

by John Suserson

This is quite possibly the best horror game I've ever played, even the best of the best pale in comparison to it. Silent Hill who? SlenderGus out-hills that terrible no good game. The big sexy slendergus daddy has scared me more than any other game I've ever played. I cumed in my trousers once when he appeared around the corner to slay me with his big, hot, masculine hands... And I'm proud of it. In all, it's a 420/69 gaming experience, flawless in every aspect, GOTY.-Johnny Suserson
